Ни одна домашняя птица, не покажет хорошие показатели продуктивности, если ее содержать в плохих условиях и неправильно кормить. Также и для мини кур надо соблюдать несколько правил ухода. Первое – это чистота курятника. Регулярно надо убирать помет, ежедневно мыть кормушки и поилки. Если дается влажная пища, что характерно для разведения в домашних условиях, то насыпать кормов надо столько, сколько могут съесть куры за один раз. Потому что мешанки быстро окисляются. В помещении не должно быть сквозняков. Нормальная температура для содержания – это 18-25 градусов. Чистота для мини кур очень важна. Если хозяин качественно ухаживает за своим поголовьем, то избегает многих кишечных заболеваний, паразитов и других недугов. В основном все болезни курей появляются из-за антисанитарных условий и скудного рациона.

При клеточном содержании надо обрабатывать клетки специальными антисептическими растворами, и проводить уборку необходимо чаще, чем при напольном разведении. В кормлении лучше всего ставить акцент на комбикорм, который предназначен для птиц мясной направленности.

Основными разновидностями данной породы кур являются такие, как П-11, В-33, В-66, В-76, В-77.

П-11

П-11 – это мини мясная разновидность знаменитых Род-Айлендов. Отличается быстрым ростом, устойчивостью к болезням, спокойным характером. Относящиеся к универсальному типу, карликовые Род-Айленды обладают как высокой яйценоскостью (способны давать до 200 яиц в год), так и отличным вкусом мяса.

В-33

В-33 (карликовые Леггорны) – яичные мини мясные куры, имеющие оперение снежно-белой окраски, плотно прилегающее к клиновидному телу птицы, более короткие, чем у предыдущей разновидности, ноги, небольшую округлую голову. Гребень петушков у этой разновидности расположен строго вертикально, в то время, как у кур-несушек он слегка опущен набок.

В66

Взрослая особь этой разновидности имеет чисто белой окраски оперение, обладает крепким скелетом, широкой, хорошо сформированной грудкой, короткими, но при этом достаточно крепкими и правильно поставленными конечностями.

Мини-мясные куры этой разновидности относятся к универсальному типу использования: яйценоскость взрослой курицы в год, в среднем, составляет 180-200 яиц; вес же птицы, при выращивании на мясо, в полугодовалом возрасте составляет 3,3 килограмма для петушков и 2,7 килограмма для курочек.

B76 и В77

Особи данных разновидностей имеют те же характеристики, что и у В66. Отличаются они от последней только окраской оперения – у кур разновидности В76 белое оперение имеет палевые оттенки, в то время как у особей разновидности В77 перья обладают бледно-коричневой окраской, с характерным золотистым оттенком.

Как разводить породу?

Если в дальнейшем фермер хочет реализовывать яйца для инкубации или цыплят, то к племенным особям должно быть отведено особое внимание. После двух месяцев жизни необходимо отобрать самых сильных петушков и курочек, которые максимально соответствуют заявленным стандартам породы

Категорически нельзя допускать подливание другой крови, потому что в дальнейшем новые особи не смогут передать свои качества.

У заявленной породы только белый окрас, но его можно изменить или разбавить, если скрещивать особей линии «Внитип» с п 11, в 77, в 33 и так далее. Необходимо подсадить чистокровного петушка другого окраса, и в результате можно получить палевую, полосатую или красную масть.

При скрещивании, свежую кровь, добавлять не рекомендуется. Благодаря этому у птиц, может существенно снизиться иммунитет и в дальнейшем теряются наследственные черты.

Этих кур также используют для получения бройлеров высокой продуктивности. Самок спаривают с петухами мясной направленности, например, породой корниш.

Цыплята мини кур очень хорошо развиваются и растут. Они также любят тепло поэтому, впервые дни после рождения, их необходимо держать под лампами. Чтобы процент выживаемости был высоким необходимо организовать хорошее кормление, чистоту, а также осматривать молодняк и вовремя отсаживать слабых или заболевших особей. Еще надо не допускать скученности молодняка, из-за такой причины в основном и погибают цыплята.

Все они являются носителями гена карликовости, выделенного путём отбора и тщательной селекции из таких пород, как плимутрок, леггорн, корниш и род-айленд. Целью создания таких кур было решение экономических проблем в сельских хозяйствах.

Описание и характерные черты

В подобных государствах, как Англия и Франция, мини-куры уже полностью заменили бройлеров не только из-за собственных внешних характерных свойств, но и спокойного характера и отлично развитого материнского инстинкта.

Наружные характерности

Туловище подобных кур, не обращая внимания на их компактность, очень плотное и мясистое, с густым оперением, широкой спиной и круглой грудью. На голове классического размера находится маленькой гребень листовидной формы, небольшие уши.

В птичнике

Содержание пернатых в курятнике просит выполнения конкретных правил:

1. Птичник для этих кур может быть не достаточно высоким, потому как сами его жители не выделяются большими размерами.

Его можно не оснащать устройствами для отапливания, ведь эта порода отлично адаптируется к любым условиям климата. Однако в первый день жизни птенцов следует гарантировать теплом, потому как холод может их погубить.

Особей, выращиваемых с целью получения мяса, лучше содержать в клетках.
