When Teri was only five years old she began attending ballet classes and later studied at the School of American Ballet. When she was a teenager, Teri decided to participate in a modelling contest which she was able to win. After this, Teri became interested in acting and decided to pursue this career, which began in 1986, when she was cast in a small role in the television show, “Loving”. In 1988 she was cast in “TV 101”; this was the time when Teri’s net worth began growing. In 1991 Teri acted in her first movie, called “Born to Ride”, which considerably boosted her net worth.
