| Since Elena’s arrival to the city, the two have become instant best friends. Always trying to be around each other whenever they can, the two often go on jobs together to rake up cash as they both claim that their «stonks are low.» These two seem to be best friends, which can be inferred from the fact that Olivia chose Elena to initially be her second in command for The Vixens, but later on promoting it to co-leader so that the two were on the same level.

Curtis Swoleroid

| After leaving The Vixens, Elena felt lost within the city and was seeking a new direction. When a chance encounter happened with Curtis, he saw potential in her and offered her the position as his assistant for Sahara International. The two have since become close, and are often seen bantering back and forth with each other playfully. Despite their constant arguments, they both clearly care for each other and undoubtedly have each other’s backs.

Mario Le-Pipe

Mario was one of the first people that showed Elena the ropes in the city. After befriending each other, the two quickly jumped into romantic relations. The relationship progressed fast, with Mario giving Elena his special Gameboy and keys to his house relatively early into their relationship. After only a month, however, Mario seemed to mysteriously disappear from the city and has yet to return. Feeling abandoned, Elena waited months for him. With no signs of him ever coming back, Elena has now declared herself to be single with plans to officially break up should he ever return.

Lexi Law

Lexi and Elena became friends quickly, having relatively similar personalities. The two have shared common concerns about feeling out of place in the city due to not having an affiliation, and confide in each other about everything. They share many common friends, and can be seen doing jobs together a lot. Elena has helped out Lexi with her personal issues with people in the city, even encouraging her to take initiative and express her interest in joining The Angels.

| Elena works for several members of the gang at a number of their business such as Wu Chang Records and Vultur Lé Culturé for Mr. K and Ramee El-Rahman. She has a good relationship with many of them. Occasionally whenever she has been accidentally taken hostage by the gang for a bank job the boys will typically give her a bonus or an advance on her paycheck for being a good hostage.
